Thanks first of all! Great gadget. Now I have a couple of questions? The favor of a response is appreciated.
I can't tell which needle is up or down? Also on the digital display which is up or down?

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year!
                                          james

Any chance to also have the option to display speed in Mbps? Most IPS's advertise their speed as Mbps and would be nice to have that option too.

Hie Ben I've noticed that the gadget Net Meater Dial v.1.6.2 displays double the speed when you connect to the internet using Kyocera's iBurst UTD via USB Port. I'm yet to investigate the UTC the UTU and the UTY, otherwise good job. Please investigate and let me know. Basically all these UTs use PPPoE

Don't know whether it's just on my machine, but netmeter dial edition is showing the download speed on both download & upload needles (& in the text display). I've got your none-dial edition installed as well, and that's showing the two speeds correctly.

Keep up the good work.

It is displayed in Mb and Gb. It should have been MB and GB. Sorry being a software engineer, it makes my head ache by seeing this minor mistake.

I really like your gadget. But I did see one minor spelling problem with the display. In bytes mode, on the dial surface it is displayed as xx Gb and yy Mb. This means it is Gigabits and Megabits. But it should have been GB and MB, Giga Byte and Mega Byte. Hopefully you can fix it with a small update to the gadget.

I have a new computer and I installed net meter v1.6.2. Everything worked fine but after installing the rest of my programs I found net meter no longer functions. I don't want to uninstall everything as that may not fix it and there are a lot of programs. Can you point me in the right direction to repair it? I'm on mobile broadban and it's nice to check the meter and see if it's working up to speed as signal strength affects kbps.
Thank-you
