Would love to see it work with a service too. For example making sure mysql is responding on a specified port and maybe even a logging feature.

But I love it so far thanks.

Nice gadget...would you know of anything along these lines to let me go to a list of websites, but also keep the session open for a set time of a few minutes or so? (An auto-surfer I guess you'd call it.) I just need to make the IT watchdogs think I'm surfing a handful of sites all day...even when I'm not here.

Can your Web Monitor gadget be used to just detect whether a web page has changed? I'm often in the position of waiting for a specifec page to be updated.

Wonderful gadget!! Just what I needed today and it works perfectly.

One suggestion: Can you limit the size of the gadget window to just that needed to display the items being monitored? With only two monitored URLs, there's a lot of wasted space. Thanks much.

Ben,

Your website monitor is very nice. I would like to create a gg for my work to display progress of an internet polling program. Do you offer fee based help with gg? If so, how much do you charge?

Thanks
