Wurde mir von meinen Kindern sehr empfohlen und ich muss sagen, es ist genial: klein, handlich, super sound auch bei orchestralen Werken und mit 8 GB ein beachtliches Repertoir speicherbar. I got the ipod classic, it was great for the first 2 weeks and the it froze, i had 2 leave it on 2 run out its battery, then it kept saying 2 restore, but it wont restore properly, and i cant sync anything.

I bought the iPod classic today. It’s my first foray into the iPod world and I’m disappointed. I thought I was going to love the cover-flow feature but it is USELESS because of the HIDEOUS way it shows ALL the artists even if you haven’t got specific albums by them, only within a compilation. As a huge amount of my music is within compilations this makes it unusable. I was looking for a way around this on the web when I came across this blog – I thought it must have been ME doing something wrong but obviously not!!!! I am not enjoying my iPod Classic experience very much so far.

The new iPod Classic also no longer displays embedded chapter images in an enhanced podcast. I went from a 3G to the classic and I was looking forward to that for my Doctor Who: Podshock podcast.

Being unable to hide compilation artists from your main artist list is so annoying. I waited 3 generations for apple to introduce this simple feature. And now for no apparent reason they’ve dropped it??!! So frustrating. They should create an offical bug schedule so we can at least know they’ve acknowledged the issue and are working to set it right??!!
