Genius – buy it. In my hindsight I think I subconsciously bought the XBox 360 just for this game, so basically I was setting myself up for a fall when the game turned out to be poo.
It isn’t – it’s simply amazing, on all levels; the amount of depth there is in the game, the graphics which are the closest we’ve got so far to photorealisim. The amount of things to do in the game is staggering; you could easily spend 10 or so hours before even going to the first location of the main quest (whether that’s a good thing is a matter of opinion I guess). I’ll stop gushing now, but if you’ve got a decent spec PC or a 360 then I can’t think of a more essential game to have.

Look me up on the old 360 Live as “English Bob Snr”. Yes, I’ve got one, but I’m 35 years of age now and really must grow up. Just to make you feel old, Yasmin is now 6 and we have another girl, Estelle, who is 8 months. Totally Dad, but I’m not out! Been listing mostly to BOC, Jimmy Edgar, Scott Walker, Sigur Ros, Jackson and his Computer band, Squarepusher etc. Still part of the small minority that says FUCK WELLER, WILLIAMS, ORSON etc.
Let me know what your doing work wise. My job is utter shite, I’m no more than a printers and shortcuts monkey now, and to think I used to be a Sysprog. My careers in ruins and now I got to find a way of surviving in the cutthroat IT shite to work for another 32 years!
